Our Vision
We stand for a world that is free from abuse, exploitation and discrimination, in which children and their families have the right to care, education and better living conditions
Mission Statement
Child-TRAC stands for a world that is free from abuse, exploitation and discrimination. We strive to give every child a voice and provide the tools required for self development. Because Child-TRAC believes that every child deserves the right to grow up in a safe and healthy environment
Our History
Child-TRAC started after the devastating Tsunami in December 2004, when
UNICEF asked Child-TRAC to track down all tsunami orphans in Thailand.
As a result of collecting information, research and interviewing, we developed a methodology to locate thousands of Thai orphans.
During this study, we also discovered that thousands of Burmese migrant children also lost one or both parents.
We completed additional field research in recent years and this has led us to support various projects focusing on well-being and education
